Registration for adults, youth, and children to participate in the "Sleep in the Deep" overnight trip to Chattanooga, TN. with chaperones, traveling on the church bus, in chaperone vehicles, or on your own. The $100 per person payment helps defray the cost of admission and the meal. If you would rather pay with a check to the church office choose the "Other $0" option.
PKC youth (3rd-5th grade) and PYC youth (6th-12th grade) are encouraged to attend. Younger children at least 6 years old are welcome to attend with a parent or grandparent attending as well. Adults and chaperones will complete a background check and child protection training.
Reservations, payment, and signed waivers are required by the Aquarium two weeks prior to the event. Packing list and time details will be available then.

I give permission for my child to travel off-site on the church bus or in chaperone vehicles and participate in retreat activities with chaperone supervision.
In the event of an emergency where medical treatment is required, I give my permission to the church staff or sponsor to obtain the services of a licensed physician. The listed parent and/or emergency contact will be notified immediately concerning any such emergency. I release First Presbyterian Church from liability regarding any such injury or illness.
Pictures or video of groups of participants and volunteers having fun on the retreat may appear on the church's website or on social media (i.e. our church Facebook or Instagram page). I grant permission for you to photograph/video myself or my child in that context. Specific privacy issues will be addressed by special request to dce@fpchsv.org or note below.
