Join us for our PKC (Presbyterian Kids Connection) 3rd – 5th grade youth group "Down on the Farm" field trip!
~Noon - Our adventure begins in the Fellowship Hall for sign-in.
~12:30 - We'll travel on the church bus to Animals R Us petting zoo farm in New Market AL.
~1:00 - We'll eat a picnic lunch.
~1:30 - We'll ride horses, pet and feed animals, and play!
~3:00 - We'll board the bus and head back to church.
~3:30 - Parents pick us up!
Please read. By registering for the PKC event I consent to the following:
I give permission for my child to travel off-site in the church bus or chaperone's vehicle, with chaperone supervision.
In the event of an emergency where medical treatment is required, I give my permission to the church staff or sponsor to obtain the services of a licensed physician. The listed parent and/or emergency contact will be notified immediately concerning any such emergency. I release First Presbyterian Church from liability regarding any such injury or illness.
Pictures or video of groups of participants and volunteers having fun at PKC may appear on the church's website or on social media (i.e. our church Facebook or Instagram page). I grant permission for you to photograph/video my child in that context. Specific privacy issues will be addressed by special request to dce@fpchsv.org or note below.
